about
yumeno, yuuto
Yuuto is Spacetime Incarnate. He is a living embodiment of the concept of spacetime. This gives him equal ability to influence the concept as well as be influenced by it; When Yuuto enters a new world, he is briefly bound by whatever laws of spacetime exist there. Once he's had time to settle and understand them, his power allows him to rewrite the laws as he pleases.
A lot of his power is based in mathematics, science, and a bit of creativity. His ability can be seen in everything that he does too. Whether he is using it to move heavy objects, teleport, or read the stars. His power also has some subconscious effects on his life; Yuuto subconsciously moves his hanging belt like a tail and his hair will puff up or flatten like a cat's fur, all in tune with his emotions.
Which is fitting, since Yuuto can be a very emotional person. Though he may have a well trained poker face, Yuuto's tail and hair give away the emotions that he tries to hide. Even when he hides his negative traits, Yuuto is an open book about his positivity. He won't think twice about giving a compliment, is free wheeling with saying that he 'loves' people, and has a lot of energy. When Yuuto opens up to someone, he does not hold back in appreciating them with everything that he has.
After all: Everything is temporary for Yuuto.
He lives in short bursts. The longest he's known someone is three weeks. Yuuto has learned to regret being shy about his feelings. He doesn't think that it's worth it to hide compliments from people, because he never knows when he'll disappear from their lives forever. In a similar way, Yuuto doesn't see any reason to express negativity: He'll be gone in a few days anyway, so it's better to take his ugly emotions with him. He's decided that if his time with someone has to be short, then he wants it to be a pleasant memory for them. It isn't like he can apologize for hurting someone once he's gone.
Under the surface, Yuuto has a lot of abandonment issues. He doesn't get to choose who he leaves or who leaves him. He's never even had a consistent relationship with his own family, but instead forms a broken and patchworked relationship with alternate universe versions of the same people. On one hand, this makes it hard for Yuuto to relate to people. He's constantly starting from scratch and doesn't know how to maintain a healthy relationship.
But on the other hand is the fact that he has seen the best and worst version of everyone. Yuuto has learned that everyone has the potential to be extraordinarily good or bad depending on their circumstances. So, as much as possible, he wants to help nurture the best in everyone that he meets. His presence in a world might be temporary, but he can leave a positive impact by being kind, loving, and helpful to those who will stay. Yuuto maintains his sanity through kindness.
If you ever crack his façade, Yuuto is a tired person. When Yuuto acts happy, he is truly happy... But he can only maintain that by ignoring his own misery. He's alone and has no one to voice his troubles to, so he has no idea how to deal with them. If he stops and thinks about it too hard, then Yuuto can admit to himself that he's unhappy. He does know that he's struggling. But as they say; "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is there to hear it..." Do his emotions really matter if he's all alone?

background
Yuuto was born into a modern fantasy world, where skyscrapers mixed with magical spirits. His world was one where wants and needs alike were fulfilled with magic and magic was as simple as a 'thank you' to the spirits who made it. His mother was considered a 'kami' in this world; Her power of love was what had rewritten reality and allowed for love to power everything. The people of the world considered her to be more the concept of love than she was a human, so put her on a pedestal. Yuuto's father was similarly powerful and could turn 'curiosity' into magic. As a result, the couple were made to live lives where they provided for everyone else using their powers.
